  • two 75-minute sessions per month
  • support groups consist of 6-10 members with whom to learn, share, connect and support one another
  • a more affordable option for those unavailable to take on private coaching
  • membership in a “closed group” Face Book group to remain privately connected with your group between sessions
  • reduced tuition to teleseminar offerings
